SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for Shipping within Australia, for orders under $150.00. 

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.

Standard orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status.
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. 
If you live in a regional area, please allow an extra few days for delivery.

We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are provided incorrectly or incomplete.

All shipping is at the risk of the customer.
Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit. 
Please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived.

International Shipping 
A flat rate of $15 AUD to New Zealand, and $38 AUD to the rest of the world.
Please be aware we are not responsible for duty or tax incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase and for your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible!

In the unlikely event that you do not love your purchase and want to return an item, please click here to download the return request form.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns on Sale and Discounted Items, or on gift cards.

All items must be returned unworn, with no damage to the item, packaging or tags (no tan, make up stains etc)

Returns and exchanges must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order.  
The cost of the return is at your expense. 

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item(s), less any shipping costs incurred when the goods were purchased.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product.  
Please e-mail us at info@lindyontheconcourse.com.au with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.

Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. 
Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
